What The Rundown keeps about you, why, and who can see it.
Who we are
The Rundown is run by Tyce Clee for Running Repairs, a physio clinic on the Central Coast, NSW. It turns your physio's running program into workouts on your watch and events in your calendar.
Questions about your information go to tyce@iamtyce.com.
What we keep
- Your name and email.
- Your timezone and, if set, your maximum heart rate.
- Your running program: runs, targets and your physio's notes.
- Your notes on runs, and the runs you skip.
- From Garmin: your completed runs and walks (date, distance, time, pace, heart rate, cadence, elevation and calories).
- Your Garmin connection, encrypted. Your Garmin password is used once to connect and is never stored.
- When you last logged in.
Your program and notes can include health information, such as an injury. We treat all of it as sensitive.
Why we keep it
Only to run The Rundown: to show you and your physio your program and how it's going, to send workouts to your watch, and to keep your calendar up to date.
We don't sell your information, show ads, or use analytics or tracking.
Who can see it
You and your physio at Running Repairs. Nobody else has a login.
Your calendar link works for anyone who has it, so treat it like a password. You can reset it in Settings at any time.
Where it's kept
In a database run by Neon and on servers run by Vercel, both in Sydney, Australia.
Login and invite emails are sent by Resend, which receives your email address to deliver them.
Garmin receives the workouts we send and holds your completed runs, under Garmin's own privacy policy. The Rundown isn't made by or affiliated with Garmin.
Your choices
- Disconnect Garmin at any time on the Watch page. Your stored Garmin connection is deleted straight away.
- Ask to see, correct or delete your information by emailing tyce@iamtyce.com. We'll reply within 30 days.
- If you stop seeing Running Repairs, ask and we'll delete your account and everything in it.
Concerns
We follow the Australian Privacy Principles. If you're unhappy with how we've handled your information, email tyce@iamtyce.com first. If that doesn't fix it, you can complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.
